Making Health Global was a program of public events linked to the themes of global health and poverty. Making Health Global coincided with the 63rd UN DPI/NGO Conference: Advance Global Health: Achieve the Millennium Development Goals, held in Melbourne, Australia from August 30 to September 1.
The Making Health Global program of events was developed in partnership with some of Melbourne’s most iconic and important institutions, including the AFL, Melbourne Writers’ Festival, the Queen Victoria Market and Parks Victoria. The events were diverse, catering for a wide spectrum of age groups and interests.
